Conditions for Exchange

1. Claim Period:
   • Exchanges must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Product Condition:
   • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
   • Any product that is damaged, altered, or shows signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange.

Processing Time

• Inside Valley: 1-2 business days.
• Outside Valley: 3-5 business days.

Note: The above processing times start after HUBA receives the returned product.

Exchange Fee

• An exchange charge of Rs. 150 will apply for each request.

Refund Policy

At this time, HUBA does not offer refunds. We encourage you to carefully review your purchase before completing your order.
